Are all retired Charlie Bears we sell new (never owned)?

Charlie Bears call a design retired when it has left their current collection. It does not mean the teddy has been owned before: a retired Charlie Bear in our shop is new, just from an earlier collection.

Before a design retires, Charlie Bears offer the last pieces as a final chance to adopt one. After that, the design is no longer available from the maker, and the teddies still on shop shelves are the last ones. In Charlie Bears' own words, many will not return.
