What is a Pre-order turn?

A Pre-order turn is your time slot to choose and order the items you queued for. Most Pre-order turns last two hours during the European daytime, and we email yours at least a day in advance.

The email shows the time in your own time zone, which we take from your browser when you join; you can change it under the email field on the join form. When your Pre-order turn starts, we send you a reminder.

For some items, such as those where every unit is the same, the Pre-order turn lasts a whole day instead.
