What if I don't want an item, or miss my Pre-order turn? (draft)

As built, a missed or passed turn ends that person's place in that item's queue (they are not offered a later shipment of the same item). Should the entry say so?

An item you don't order passes to the next person in its queue. You can pass it yourself on the item's page during your Pre-order turn, or simply let the turn end.

Passing can't be undone, and it applies only to that item: the other items in your Pre-order turn stay yours to choose.

If your Pre-order turn ends without an order, the items in it pass to the next people in their queues.
